Wrocław
Etno Cafe was stablished in 2013 in Wrocław and opened its first café in 2015. Now it is one of the biggest roasteries in Poland, especially know for its Cold Brew Coffee.
Established in 2012, this roastery offers a wide variety of coffees so that everybody can find something for himself. The combination of experience, passion for coffee and experimenting has the effect of constantly surprising with something new.
Płock
Coffee roasted locally with love. Autumn Coffee Roasters want their coffees to have a unique taste and aroma, reflecting the specific conditions of plantations and botanical varieties.
Bydgoszcz
Established in 2014 in Bydgoszcz, Audun is a specialty coffee roastery with excellent coffees owned by Audun Sørbotten. The coffees offered by this roaster are the result of his passion and rich experience gained on the Norwegian coffee market.
Opole
This roastery is one of the most famous ones in Poland. Created by people with a lot of experience and passion for coffee.
Krakow
Roastains sell their coffees online and in some of the cafés in Kraków. They also organize trainings like Latte Art courses.
This local roastery was founded in 2014. It organizes courses for baristas and coffee classes for enthusiasts to teach them how to brew good coffee at home.
You can find coffees from this roastery in Cafe Targowa located in the historic Market Hall (Hala Targowa).
Mała Czarna is a local roastery located in the green area. Although it will take some time to get there from the city center, it is certainly worth it.
Enklawa is a small roastery located in the historic Market Hall. It was established in 2019 by Jarosław Puzio, a certified SCA roaster. His passion for coffee and caring about the details make this place one of the best cafés in Wrocław.
